On y trouve le relevé du chronocomparateur en cinq positions — marche, amplitude, battement — et, en cas de service, le second relevé pris après intervention. L'état est documenté zone par zone (lunette, cadran, aiguilles, boîte, couronne, bracelet, mouvement). Le test d'étanchéité est consigné, ainsi que la liste des composants éventuellement remplacés.
Le dossier devient la référence pour toute intervention SAV ultérieure, dans notre atelier ou ailleurs.
Every watch sold ships with its CLD File: a document that records what was measured, observed and performed on the piece prior to listing.
It contains the timegrapher reading in five positions — rate, amplitude, beat — and, when service was carried out, the second reading taken after intervention. Condition is documented zone by zone (bezel, dial, hands, case, crown, bracelet, movement). The water-resistance test is recorded, along with any replaced components.
The file becomes the reference for any future aftersales work, in our workshop or elsewhere.

Every movement is measured on the timegrapher in five positions. Rate, amplitude, beat — the figures are recorded and kept in the file. When service is carried out, a second reading is taken post-intervention.
État de la montre documenté zone par zone : lunette, cadran, aiguilles, boîte, couronne, bracelet, mouvement. Quatre niveaux : neuf, microrayures, rayé, usé. Les photos du catalogue montrent la pièce telle qu'elle est vendue — polie si elle a été polie, en l'état si elle ne l'a pas été.

Test à pression d'air à la réception, puis à nouveau après emboîtage si la montre a été ouverte. Joints remplacés uniquement s'ils sont fatigués ou si le test l'impose. La garantie atelier 24 mois couvre l'étanchéité dans tous les cas.
Air pressure test on arrival, then again after re-casing if the watch has been opened. Gaskets replaced only when fatigued or when the test requires it. The 24-month workshop warranty covers water resistance regardless.

Ouverture du fond pour relever le numéro du calibre et inspecter visuellement le mouvement à la binoculaire. Le mouvement reste en place dans la boîte sauf si l'inspection révèle un besoin d'intervention ou si un polissage est requis.
Caseback opened to record the calibre number and visually inspect the movement under the binocular. The movement stays in the case unless inspection reveals a need for intervention, or unless refinishing is required.

Si les relevés sont conformes et que le mouvement est propre, on n'ouvre pas davantage. Si les performances sortent des tolérances, ou si l'inspection révèle des huiles sèches, de l'usure, des particules : démontage, lavage, remplacement des composants concernés, lubrification et épilamage selon spécification du calibre.
If readings are within tolerance and the movement is clean, no further work is performed. If performance falls outside tolerance, or inspection reveals dry oils, wear or contamination: disassembly, cleaning, replacement of affected components, lubrication and epilame coating per calibre specification.
Pas de polissage par défaut. La décision est prise au cas par cas selon l'état réel de la boîte et du bracelet. Quand il est effectué, les angles de cornes et arêtes vives sont préservés. La pièce est photographiée dans son état final, après polissage.
No default refinishing. The decision is made case by case based on the actual condition of the case and bracelet. When performed, lug angles and sharp edges are preserved. The piece is photographed in its final state, after refinishing.
Test à pression d'air à la réception. Si la montre a été ouverte, second test après emboîtage. Joints remplacés uniquement s'ils sont fatigués (durcis, écrasés) ou si le test échoue. Joints d'origine conservés s'ils sont conformes.
